GetProxy4G provides 4G and 5G mobile proxy services. We offer access to mobile internet connections routed through real mobile hardware and SIM cards connected to carrier networks. The Service includes dedicated and shared proxy ports, IP rotation capabilities, and associated management tools.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund for violations.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is due in advance for the selected service period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). We accept payment exclusively via cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and USDT (ERC-20). All cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
Following successful payment, proxy credentials are delivered to your registered email address. Activation is automated and typically completed within minutes.
You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase if the Service does not function as described. Refunds are not available if: (a) more than 24 hours have passed since activation; (b) you have consumed more than 1 GB of traffic; (c) your account has been suspended for violation of these Terms; or (d) payment was made via cryptocurrency (non-reversible).
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Mobile proxy connections are subject to carrier network conditions beyond our control. Speed and bandwidth are indicative estimates, not guarantees.
Dedicated plans: Your proxy is assigned a unique IP that remains stable until you choose to change it via your dashboard or a reset link. Shared plans: Your IP automatically rotates every 5 minutes.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not monitor, log, or inspect the content of your proxy traffic.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid during the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds are issued. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for cause without refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
